Festival Prohibited Items

  • Bags, Backpacks or Purses which do not meet Bag Policy guidelines. Hard or Soft Coolers, Baskets, Packages or Containers.

  • Alcoholic Beverages, Bottles or Cans. (Factory sealed bottles of water, 17 oz. or less, are allowed; limit 2 per person)

  • Illegal Drugs and Weapons including Firearms, Knives, Explosives, Fireworks, Lighters and Laser Pointers.

  • Professional Cameras (lenses longer than 3”) and Camera Equipment, Selfie-Sticks, Tripods and Video or Audio Recording Equipment

  • Banners, Sticks, Poles, Inflatables, Frisbees, Balls

  • Umbrellas, Balloons, Skateboards, Scooters, Bikes

  • Noise making devices such as whistles, horns or musical instruments.

  • Pets (Service Animals are allowed); If you are camping and brought your pet, they must remain at your campsite

  • Country Campout Weekend Festival is a smoke-free environment. Smoking and smoking implements are prohibited in Festival Grounds.

Bag Policy

1 bag that is clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and that does not exceed 12" x 6" x 12" OR a one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar).  All Bags Subject to search by security staff.

 

No Lockers on-site you will have to return all bags to your car or forfeit.

Chair and Blanket Policy

Small, compact foldable chairs and blankets will be allowed at the festival ONLY for General Admission Ticket Holders (no chairs or blankets will be allowed in VIP)

 

All Blankets and Chairs subject to Search by Security Staff

GENERAL CAMPGROUND RULES

  • Camping wristband required for entry into the campgrounds & must be worn at all times. To access the front of stage inside the festival you must also have your lanyard.  If you plan to have additional guests at your campsite, they will be required to have a additional camper pass.

  • Additional camper pass for additional guests at your campsite *sold separately.

  • No refunds or exchanges.

  • Limit of eight (8) Campout attendees per RV & Tent sites.

  • Limit of four (4) event attendees per car camping site.

  • Noise curfew begins at 11:30 pm. Please be respectful of other campers.

  • No camping vehicle ins/outs. Once you exit, your site is forfeited.

  • Person whose name is on the original order must be present when checking in.

  • All campers and vehicles will be searched upon entry.

    • Resort vehicle lockdown, no entry or exit Fri - Sat 9:00pm-2:00am.

  • Any motorized vehicle such as Side by Sides, Sand Rails, Golf Carts, ATV’s, MX dirt bikes are not allowed on event property at any time. Ebikes are the exception and are permitted with caution.

WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE iN THE cAMPGROUNDS OR fESTIVAL GROUNDS

You will not be permitted to enter the campgrounds with any of the items on this list. If we discover one of these items on your person or in your vehicle, we’ll allow you to drive off property and return without it, or forfeit the item upon entry. Forfeited items will not be returned.

It’s really important that you review this entire list before arrival.

  • Arguing

  • Campfires, fire pits (UNLESS ALREADY EXISTING IN THE CAMPGROUND) fire cages or any other open flame device  

  • Boomerangs

  • Vehicle Batteries (Additional/Spare) All batteries must be factory installed or mounted to the trailer or RV.

  • Chains/Chain Wallets

  • No divisive symbols, including, without limitation, Confederate flags and racially disparaging or other inappropriate imagery/public displays.

  • Drones/Remote Control Aircraft, Toys & Cars/Boats

  • Drugs/Drug Paraphernalia (Including Cannabis & Cannabis Products)

  • Dumbbells/Kettlebells/Weight Plates

  • Fireworks/Explosives/Open Flames/Tiki Torches

  • Flashlights Over 5.5"

  • Furniture (Sofas, Couches, Recliners, Lazy Boys, Actual Home Furniture, Mattresses)

  • Full Gas Cans/Gas Cylinders are max 2 gallons.

  • Glass, Glass Mirrors, Glass Anything.

  • Golf Carts, Dune Buggies, Off-Road Motorcycles, Side by Sides, ATV’s., Horses, Limes, Birds, Hoverboards & Segways.

  • Golf Clubs or Equipment

  • Hay Bales and Large Props

  • Heating appliances

  • Metal Stakes

  • Powered Speakers / DJ Sound Systems / Non-Factory-Installed Sound Systems

  • Promotional Items

  • Scissors

  • Slip n' Slides

  • Spray Paint

  • Sporting Equipment (Bats, Clubs, Sticks, Metal, Wood)

  • Tools (Screwdrivers, Hammers, Shovels, Gardening Tools, Metal Mallets, Wood Chippers)

  • Weapons of Any Kind (Guns, Ammo, Machetes, Pocket Knives, Pepper Spray, Tasers, etc. (This includes off-duty Law Enforcement or individuals with concealed carry weapon permits)

  • Wrapped or Sponsored Vehicles (Rental company logos are excluded)

  • REMEMBER: Leave No Trace! (Home Furniture, Mattresses)

DRUGS & ALCOHOL

  • Each person over the age of 21 with a valid Camping Wristband may enter the Campgrounds with two (2) total of the following items (not two (2) of each item):

    • Case of beer (cans only)

  • Liquor in plastic, sealed, original bottle.

  • Boxed wine

  • NO Kegs

  • NO Glass (including beer/wine/liquor bottles).

  • Alcohol in glass containers is not allowed and may not be transferred into other non-glass containers.

  • If anyone in the vehicle is under the age of 21, organizers reserve the right to deny entry unless alcohol is surrendered.

  • No drugs or drug paraphernalia allowed.

RV SPECIFIC RULES

  • ALL Full Hook Up & Dry RV Sites require an RV/Trailer/Motorhome/Van.

  • No tents allowed in RV Full Hook Up or Dry sites.

    • Two (2) guest wristbands per site are included with your camping purchase. Each additional guest must purchase an additional camper pass to camp with you or be in the camp grounds

  • Limit of eight (8) attendees per RV site.

  • Tow vehicles must unhook if total length exceeds allotted camp site footprint.

  • Event RV pass MUST be visibly placed on sleeping vehicle.

  • All trailered or TOAD vehicles must be connected to the tow rig upon entry to be issued a separate NO CHARGE Vehicle Parking PASS at check-in. Any separated motorized vehicle will be charged additional parking fees.

  • If your RV is towing a motorized or non-motorized vehicle or trailer, you must unhook and park the towed item in general parking if it does not fit into your space. The Camping Parking Pass must be purchased for any vehicles parked in the general parking area.

  • Limit one (1) livable, self-contained space (RV, Trailer, or Motorhome) per RV site.
Must have:

    • An installed functional toilet

    • A tank system for holding water

    • A place to sleep

  • The person whose name is associated with the original order must be present at check-in, with their ticket printed or on their phone.

  • Each FULL HOOK UP site must have 25’+ feet of electrical cord to reach the power source. Check the length that comes with your RV and extend the cord accordingly.

  • RV supplies will not be provided or sold on site.

  • If an RV user overloads the 30-amp or 50-amp power source and “pops” the breaker, festival staff will reset the breaker one time and give the RV owner with a warning.

  • If the breaker pops a second time, the RV triggering the issue will be disconnected from the power grid for the remainder of the festival without a refund.

  • If you are unsure about your RV’s power, check the plug:

  • If your RV is towing a motorized or non-motorized vehicle or trailer, you must unhook and park the towed item in General Parking if it does not fit in your designated spot.

  • In Full Hook Up Camping Emergency vehicle access roads should be unobstructed. In Dry Camping marked camping sites must be maintained and no vehicles should obstruct driving/fire lanes.

  • Fire lanes shall remain unobstructed at all times. Examples of obstructions include, but are not limited to, rear drop gates, tables & chairs, outdoor games, and bicycles.

  • No Wagon Train Parking will be allowed in Full Hook Up, Dry Camping or Car Camping for multiple RV planning to set-up together.

  • All spots are assigned. Do not park in any spot that is not assigned to you ahead of time by reservations.

  • WARNING: RVs with a factory installed generator may be asked to shut it down due to exhaust fumes affecting your neighbor. To avoid this, consider purchasing an RV generator exhaust diverter.

  • The use of any type of heating appliance is not permitted anywhere on the festival site. The only exception is; RV’s may use their factory installed interior climate control appliances.

  • There is a dump station located in the event footprint (additional charges may apply).

  • Country Campout Weekend is not responsible for failed/blocked/misdelivered/bounced email delivery.

  • Prior to arrival at the festival site; please verify that your vehicle is equipped with functioning Smoke Detector and Carbon Monoxide (CO) monitor. If you are renting or borrowing the vehicle, or not the registered owner of the vehicle, it is still your responsibility to verify that the vehicle is equipped with functioning Smoke Detector and Carbon Monoxide (CO) monitors prior to arrival.

CAR CAMPING RULES

  • Car Camping Sites require a car in the site.

  • NO stand alone tents & all tent sleeping quarters must be attached your vehicle.

  • The vehicle and all gear must be within your allotted/assigned camping spot

  • Limit one (1) car per site

  • Limit of four (4) guests per Car Camping site.

  • Two (2) Event Wristbands will be issued per site. Additional guests must purchase car camping/tent additional camper passes to join you for the weekend.

  • Spaces are PRE-assigned. No saving spaces. No exceptions.

  • No RV/Motorhome camping. Passenger cars, trucks or vans only.

  • NO vehicles with running water/toilet.

  • NO cooking inside vehicles. (Seriously - for the safety of you and those around you, DO NOT cook inside a vehicle!)

  • Emergency vehicle access roads shall have an unobstructed width of not less than 24 feet and unobstructed vertical clearance acquire additional wristbands

  • Once parked, your car stays put for the entire. Site forfeited upon exit.

  • Vehicles shall be parked with the front of the vehicle facing the drive aisle/fire lane.

  • Vehicles shall not be permitted to park parallel to the drive isle/fire lane.

  • No additional vehicles permitted. Any guest coming to join you will need to purchase a parking pass at a rate of $20 per day.

 

TENT CAMPING RULES

  • Set up your tent(s) within your allotted/assigned tent camping spot

  • Limit of eight (8) guests per Tent Camping site.

  • Two (2) Event Wristbands will be issued per tent site. Additional Tent additional camper passes must be purchased for additional guests

  • Tent Camping Sites includes parking for 1 vehicle. Additional vehicles will be parked in GA parking and parking fee will apply. Limited parking near tent sites, once full parking will be in the GA parking area. ALL vehicle must display a parking pass that must be visible on vehicle dashboard.

  • TENT Spaces are PRE-assigned. No saving space. No exceptions.

  • No RV/Motorhome camping, passenger cars, trucks or vans in designated tent spaces.

  • NO vehicles with running water/toilet.

  • NO cooking inside tents or vehicles for the safety of you and those around you, DO NOT cook inside a tent or vehicle!)

  • Generators in tent spots, max 2,000 low decibel (ex: Honda 1,000 or 2,000)?

  • Emergency vehicle access roads shall have an unobstructed width of not less than 24 feet and unobstructed vertical clearance of not less than 13 feet 6 inches.
